Ingredients
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .75 cup Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 2 serving Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.25 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.25 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated), 6 tsp Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .33 cup Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, cook baked, 22 oz Chicken Breast, no skin, 22 ounces
Directions
preheat oven to 375
put the bread crumbs in a ziplock bag with the 1/2 bag of lipton onion soup mix shake real good
make sure all fat is off the pork and put in bag and shake around to coat evenly (wet them with water before putting in the bag) spray a pan so it doesnt stick and lay all pieces against each other (on a drain tray) and do this with all the meat, when it is all coated place in oven and let cook for 30 minutes and see if done, if not done keep a eye on it and when its not pink inside bring them out and put sauce over the chicken and pork (about a teaspoon on each piece spread over it) then mix all the cheeses (can do that when meats cooking) then sprinkle cheese over the chicken and pork, put back in over till cheese is melted, about 5 minutes maybe 10, serve with green beens and or a salad and a piece of fruit and you have a pretty healthy meal :)
