Baked Salmon in Browned Butter

Ingredients
1 Salmon Filet1 Tbs Olive Oil1 Tbs ButterSalt & Pepper
Directions
Melt butter and oil in microwave.

Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper. Spoon half of the butter/oil on the bottom of a 4 sided baking pan. Place fish top side down and spoon remaining butter/oil over top of fish.

Bake 5 minutes in a preheated 500 degree oven. Turn fish over and bake another 5 minutes. Take fish out of oven and let set for 5 addtional minutes to continue the cooking process.
