1 lb ground Turkey 93% lean1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped red or yellow bell pepper2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1/2 tsp garlic powder1 can great northern beans1/2 cup frozen spinachwine3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
saute first 4 ingredients
add: salt & Pepper garlic powder & pepper flakes
add wine cover for 2 minutes and uncover on high for 1 addl minute
add beans fresh basil and spinach and parmesan cheese.
