Chocolate Almond Candy

Ingredients
1/2 pound of Dark chocolate (I used Pralus 100% cacao)3 tbsp cocoa butter1 cup almonds, coarsley chopped1/2 tsp sea salt*1/4 cup Steviva Blend (powdered in a nut grinder)*measure before powdering the Steviva
Directions
Melt chocolate with cocoa butter in microwave. Start with 1 minute. Stir. Then microwave for another minute, until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and put into chocolate moulds. You can also spread into a pan and break apart after the chocolate has set.
Chill until set.
