Spaghetti Salad

1 package of Brown Rice pasta (I used a whole package of President's Choice, there will be left overs)8 Tbsp Vegenaise1 whole green onion chopped2 mini cucumbers seedless, peeled and chopped4 Bicks Yum Yum pickles, chopped (optional)Garlic powder to tasteOnion powder to taste Dash of black pepper to taste
1 Cook the spaghetti according to package directions
2 While pasta is cooking, chop the onion, pickles and cucumber, set aside in the fridge covered.
3 When pasta is cooked, drain, run cold water over pasta till it is cool
4 If serving right away, take out the cucumbers etc from fridge, toss into the pasta, mix well
5 Take vegenaise and add to pasta, you might need more or less than 8 tablespoons, go for what amount you like
6 Mix well again, now add the pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste
7 Mix well one finally time, and serve, or put in fridge covered till ready to serve
