Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large Apples, fresh with skin, 2 large Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup Raisins, 2 small box (1.5 oz) Almonds, 0.50 cup, ground Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds, 1 oz Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Oats, Quaker, 4 cup Chia Seeds 2 tbsp I also added 3 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp vanilla. I made the oat flour by blending 1 cup of oat at a time in my magic bullet for 10 seconds. blend everything by hand quicly. note: apples should be grated.
Bake for 20 minutes on 350
