Pineapple Coconut Meatballs

Ingredients
100g fresh chopped pineapple2lb ground turkey1 whole egg1 eggwhites1/4 cup coconut flour3 cloves minced garlic1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley2 finely chopped green onions1 dried chilli pepper1/4 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk1 tablespoon coconut aminos1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb or Chicken flavor seasoning1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix with your hands until very well combined.
Immediately form the meat mixture into 48 balls, and place them onto the reserved cookie sheet.
Place the meatballs in the oven and cook for 10 minutes at 425F, then lower the temperature to 350F and continue cooking for about 20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and crispy and golden brown all around.
Transfer the cooked meatballs to a serving dish and garnish with a few pieces of fresh pineapple and fresh parsley, if desired.
