Banana Oatmeal Chocolate bars

1 1/2 cups flour, I use Red Mill gluten-free and oat flour1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 c whey protein powder2 Tbsp coconut oil1 cup brown sugar1 cup ripe mashed bananas1 tsp vanilla2 eggs, or egg whites combo1 1/2 cups of oats1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Use a 9x13 cake pan with parchment paper, lightly grease paper.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and protein powder in a medium sized bowl. In a large bowl, cream together oil, sugar, bananas, eggs and vanilla. Slowly stir in dry ingredients until uniformly moistened. Add oats and chocolate chips. Spread evenly into cake pan, cook 22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes about 24, 37 gram serving (1"x2 1/2")
