English style fish and chips

Ingredients
10 Haddock fillets2C. pancake batter2C. flour1 Tbsp. Cornstarch1 bottle light beer any kind1 C. water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in mixer on high speed for 2 mins. Cut Haddock fillets in 4 to 5 oz portions. Dip Haddock completely in mix and fry in deep fryer, turn over to cook evenly until rich golden brown about 3 to 4 mins.
