Ground Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp of Olive Oil1 lb of Lean Ground Turkey1 Cup of Red Kidney Beans1 Medium Yellow Onion, Diced1 cup of canned sliced mushroomsHalf a Green Bell Pepper, chopped1 tsp of Garlic Powder1 tsp of Chili Powder3 cups of Salsa
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium to high heat, cook ground turkey until brown. Add kidney beans, onion, mushrooms, green pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and salsa. Mix thoroughly. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add cheese if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1 1/2 cup servings.
