Ingredients
2-3 lbs of chick roast.25 cups Bragg's Liquid Aminos1/2 cup Stubb's BBQ Sauce (any flavor works)1/8 tsp ginger1 tbsp Sesame Seeds1/4 cup brown sugar4 scallions - chopped2 green peppers - chopped2 red peppers - chopped1 med-large white onion - chopped

Slow Cooker:
Throw all ingredients in including peppers, scallions and onions in set on low or high depending on your time!

Preheat oven to 300 set timer for 5 hours put all in a except peppers and white onion. Put the onions & peppers in when 2 hours left.
