Green Potatoes (Twice Baked Brocolli Cheese Potatoes)

Ingredients
5 Red Potatoes, Medium3 c Brocolli, Fresh Steamed1 1/2 c Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese2 Tbsp Butter, salted2 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Bake potatoes and steam broccoli, while they are still hot remove skins from potatoes and smash together all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese. Place in a medium casserole dish, top with cheese and bake 10-15 min at 325*, until cheese is melted.
