Cheesy Broccoli-Shrimp Bake

Ingredients
1.5 cups chopped, steamed broccoli 5 oz. cooked shrimp1 oz. colby cheese, shreddedSpray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put broccoli on bottom, shrimp on top, and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.In a hurry? Pop in the microwave.
Directions
If you start with chopped, steamed broccoli (I usually do this in batches so I have some on hand), this recipe is so easy to fix. Just layer the broccoli, then shrimp, then cheese, and cook. It's yummy!
