1 can *CAMPBELL’S HEALTHY REQUEST CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUPSkim Milk, 2 cups1.5 tsp Chives1.5 tsp Parsley, driedBacon, 2 medium slices.25 diced onion fresh onion1 large red potato, diced small1 cup corn (I used frozen)
Cut bacon into small pieces. Brown it with diced onion. In separate saucepan stir soup, milk, chives & parsley until well combined. Over medium heat bring to a boil. Meanwhile dice potatoes into small pieces. When soup is boiling add potatoes, corn, bacon/onion mixture. Reduce heat & simmer 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are done but firm.
