Spring rolls with Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken breast fillet, skinless and boneless1 Red bell pepper sliced in thin strips1 cup Onion chopped1 tsp Chopped Garlic3 Spring Roll Rice wrappersFresh Herbs to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Slice Chicken breast inn very thin strips
Combine in a bowl the chicken, garlic and herbs
Spray cooking pan with cooking spray
Add chopped onion and cook till softened
Add chicken mixture, stir till cooked, adding a little water if it starts to burn
When cooked set aside to cool
In a bowl add warm water and place 1 Rice wrapper so soften
When wrapper turns opaque, remove gently from bowl and lie flat on plate
Fill with pepper strips and chicken mixture
Roll up and enjoy
