No crust Chicken Sausage and Spinach Quiche

Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 100 grams Mushrooms, fresh, 100 grams Spinach, frozen, 1 cup Light Chicken Sausage, 2 serving Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.5 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
1. Put mozzarella cheese in the bottom of a quiche pan
2. Sautee mushrooms, spinach and sausage, seasoning with herbs
3. Put this mixture above the cheese.
4. Mix milk with eggs and cover the above mentioned ingredients.
5. Put into the oven for about 30 mins at 200ºC
