Pork with Cabbage

Ingredients
500 grams of pork shoulder, thinly slicedhalf savoy cabbage, sliced with hard centres removed1 tbsp ginger strips2 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt150 ml chicken broth1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water1/2 tsp sugar2 tsp soy saucePORK SEASONING:2 tsp cornstarch2 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. Combine pork slices with pork seasoning and mix well. Set aside and marinade for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
2. Heat pan, add oil, salt and ginger.
3. Add prok and stir fry for 5 minutes or until nearly done.
4. Add stock and bring to a boil.
5. Add cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Continue cooking until liquid is reduced to about half, stirring constantly.
7. Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Continue to simmer until thick.
Serve with rice.
