8 Red Potatoes1/4 C Light Mayo1/4 C Light Sour Cream1 Tbsp Mustard1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar1 Tbsp Sugar1 Clove Carlic1 Small Celery Stalk, Chopped4 Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Chopped
Makes 8 1/2-Cup Servings
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and boil until soft.
Combine all other ingredients in mixing bowl.
When potatoes are done, drain and rinse with cold water.
Fold potatoes into mixture (slightly mash if desired) and chill.
