Side Salad September 2013

Ingredients
1 small packet of mixed salad greens1/2 punnet sliced mushrooms1/2 yellow capsicum1 Lebanese cucumber10 cherry tomatoesApprox 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Slice the capsicum and cucumber. Halve the cherry tomatoes. If they are particularly large, you can quarter them. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve as a side for your favourite meat.
