1 - 8.5 oz box 'Jiffy' corn muffin mix1/3 c Aldi friendly farms almond milk1 large brown egg local farm
Directions
Heat oven to 400*. Mix all together. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray. Bake 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
