Low Fat Sugar Free Banana Mufins

Ingredients
1 C bananas, mashed1/2 C applesauce, unsweetened1/3 C egg substitute1 t vanilla1.5 t baking power1.5 t baking soda1 t cinnamon or nutmeg3/4 C splenda1/2 C vanilla yogurt, low fat, sugar free1.5 C white flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine banana, apple sauce, egg substitute, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and yogurt.
Stir in splenda and flour.
Place paper liner in muffin tin. Divide batter. I had enough for a 13th muffin which I baked in a custard cup.
Bake for 25 - 30 min.
Enjoy.
