Roasted Rosemary Almonds

2 cups skin-on whole raw almonds2 Tbsp dried rosemary2 tsp Kosher salt1/4 tsp Ground pepper1 Tbsp unsalted butter or ghee
Assemble ingredients, melt butter in a skillet over med-low heat. When butter starts to bubble, throw in the almonds, making sure they are in a single layer, and stir until coated.
Add rosemary, salt and pepper.
Toast almonds and place on paper towel until cooled to room temp.
Store in a sealed Tupperware container.
