Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast

2 oz fat free cream cheese (softened)1/2 cup of canned pumpkin1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup Better n' egg substitute1 tsp cinnamon6 slices of Village Hearth Bread (any flavor)Cooking Spray
In medium size bowl mix egg substitute and cinnamon, set aside. Coat frying pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, pumpkin pie and pie spice together until blended well. On one slice of bread spread pumpkin mixture, top with second slice of bread. Place 'sandwich' in egg and coat both sides with egg. Place in frying pan on medium-high heat. Cook until brown then flip and cook until brown. Serve with or without syrup(this recipe calories does not include syrup).
