Bran Flakes Banana Bread

1/4 cup oil1/2 cup sugar twin1 egg1 tsp. vanilla3-4 banana1 1/2 cup flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. sea salt(opt. 1/2 cup pecan or walnut nuts)1 cup bran flakes
In large bowl mix together oil, sugar, egg and vanilla.
In another bowl mix dry ingredients, leave the bran flakes last, pour into wet ingredients and mix, not too long. Then put the bran flakes and mix quickly. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
