Homemade Beef Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1 Large Bell Pepper (Red or Yellow)@6-7 Mushrooms@5-6 Cloves of Garlic1/3 cups of 2% Milk1lb Ground Beef (85 Lean/15% Fat)1 tbsp Olive Oil3 cups of Marinara Sauce1/2 cup of Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Brown ground beef in olive oil. Finely chop all vegetables. Add garlic and onion and cook until translucent. Add pepper and mushrooms and cook till tender. Then add diced tomatoes and marinara sauce. Add Italian herb, salt, and black pepper for taste. Cook until everything sauce thickens.
