Aunt Alice's Banana Bread 2

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Canola Oil1/4 Cup Applesauce, Unsweetened1 Cup Sugar2 Large Eggs3 Medium Bananas2 Cups All Purpose Flour1 t Baking Soda1/2 t Baking Powder1/2 t Salt3 T Skim Milk1/2 t Vanilla Extract1/4 Cup Pecans, Chopped1/4 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
Directions
Beat oil, applesauce and sugar together.
Add Eggs and banana pulp and beat well
Add flour, soda, powder, salt, milk and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts.
Pour into four greased mini loaf pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes (4) mini loaves - each are 4 servings
