6 tablespoons butter6 tablespoons flour1 1/2 teaspoons salt6 cups milk (I use 1%)1 lb sausage, cooked6 cups peeled and chopped potatoes, cooked1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, chunked
Melt butter. Add flour and salt to make a paste. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sausage and potatoes. Heat and add cheese. Stir until melted.
