Bircher Muesli with Apple and Blueberries

Ingredients
60 g dry rolled oats (2/3 cup)160 ml apple juice (2/3 cup)140 g low-fat natural yogurt (1/2 cup)1 medium fresh apple, peeled, finely chopped2 tsp. sunflower seeds80 g fresh blueberries (1/2 cup)
Directions
Place the oats, juice and yogurt in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Add the apple and sir to combine. Serve the bircher muesli topped with sunflower seeds and blueberries.
