Seafood Stew with Leeks and Garlic

1 teaspoon of olive oil2 large leeks while and pale green only halved sliced thinkly2 large garlic cloves thinly sliced1.5 cups canned unsalted chicken broth.5 cup drained canned ready cut tomatoes.5 cup clam juice.33 dry white winePinch of cayenne pepper6 small clams scrubbed6 ounces lg uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined6 ounces bay scallopsSnipped fresh chives
Heat oil in heavy skillet over low heat
Add leeks and garlic
Cook until leeks are tender and turning golden - 25 mins
Increase heat
Add chicken broth, tomatoes, clam juice, wine and cayenne
Boil 2 minutes
Place clams in center of skillet
Top with shrimp - then scallops
Season
Cover and boil until clams open and prawns and scallops are finished ABOUT 4 minutes
