Ackee and Salt Fish

Tuna Fish in sunflower oil 1 small tinAckee 1 tin (water drained)2 tbsp Red Peppers finely sliced2 tbspn Green Pepper Finely Sliced1 onino Finely chopped1 spring onion finely chopped1 tsp thyme1-2 red chilies2 tbsp tomatoes chopped1 tsp black pepper crushed
Heat the oil from the tuna tin in a pan
Saute the onions until translucent
add chilies and the peppers
saute, then add spring onion
then tomatoes and and the fish
mix everything well
Finally add the ackee and give a stir. If stirred more you will break the ackee. Sprinkle the pepper powder. Cover and let it settle.
Serve hot.
