Great basic recipe, but since I'm watching my carbs I replaced the breadcrumbs with soy flour and also added some chili powder, onion powder and a dash of garlic powder to kick it up a bit. But, overall, great recipe and the fish comes out lightly crisp with a wonderfully flaky texture. - 10/24/09

This was nice. I followed Robyn_S_Goals advice in the comments and added corn meal and garlic powder. I think I would add a little more parmesan next time. - 7/24/08

Thanks for the delicious recipe. This is similar to the way I usually cook fish, but, I used to fry it in the pan. Definately alot healthier this way. I added a 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. corn meal to give it some crunchiness. My kids loved it. - 5/26/08
