Chicken Salad - No mayo!

Ingredients
*1 Chicken Breast (frozen 10oz) *1 cup Swanson Chicken broth 100% fat free 33% less sodium *1 tsp cumin*1.25 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning*1 avocado (skinned & seeded) *1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro*1 stalk green onion chopped*1/2 squeezed lime*1/4 cup Guidry's Fresh Cuts Creole Seasoning (yellow onion, bell pepper, celery, green onion, parsley, garlic) or sub chopped onion
Directions
Place frozen chicken breast in crockpot, sprinkle seasoning on top, add broth, cover & cook on low setting til tender. Shred, remove from heat and let chicken cool in broth in fridge. Drain chicken & mix with remaining ingredients in tupperware until well blended. Cover & chill in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
