Ingredients
1 pkg plain organic oats cooked with 2/3 cup almond milk1/2 c pumpkin1/3 c almond milk1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 tsp vanilla1 -2 TBS honey (or 1-2 packets of stevia)1 1/2 C ice or warm water (depending on if you want hot or cold pumpkin pie smoothie)
Directions
cook oats with almond milk. add all ingredeints into vita mixer.
