Panko Crusted White Fish

16 oz tilapia filets1/2 cup melted light country crock2 tbsp. lemon juice1.25 panko bread crumbs1/2 tsp. thyme2 tsp. garlic powder1 1/2 tsp. lemon peppersalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, melt about 1/2 cup light butter; about 30 seconds on high. Season butter with garlic, thyme, and lemon pepper. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Place thawed fish filets in a baking dish, and brush with butter mix. Sprinkle filets with panko crumbs on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in preheated oven at 425 for 15 minutes.
