Banana Bread-Whole Wheat/Honey/Applesauce

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup sugar free applesauce3/4 cup honey3 cups mashed over ripe bananas2 eggs
Directions
In first bowl combine whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt.

In second bowl combine mashed bananas, applesauce, honey, beaten eggs.
Add flour mixture and mix well. Pour into 2 full size loaf pans that have been coated with PAM. Bake at 350* for 60-65 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves-each loaf equals 8 servings
