Veg Mixed - Frozen (74g), 3 servingShirataki Noodles (no tofu) 45g 1/5bag, 5 servingHoisin Sauce GF - Joyce Chen, 2 tbspBeef Chuck London Broil Shoulder, 6 ozChili Garlic Sauce, 6 tsp
1. Cut beef into thin strips.
2. Open noodles, drain, rinse, and with paper towel squeeze dry. Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
3. Microwave frozen veggies for about 4 minutes so as to cook but not so they are soggy.
4. While veggies microwave cook beef in frying pan only take about 1 minute per side (depending on how thich), add noodles, chili sauce and stir/fry. Add veggies (no water) cook another minute and add hoisin sauce and stir. Split into 2 servings. Or simply eat the whole thing.
