Ingredients
All-purpose White Flour, 1 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cupWheat Bran, 0.25 cupFlax Seed, ground, 0.25 cupBaking Powder, 1.5 tspCinnamon, 1 tspAllspice, 0.25 tspSalt, 0.25 tspApplesauce, unsweetened, 1 cupPure Maple Syrup, .5 cupAlmond Milk, 0.5 cupEgg, 1 largeCanola Oil, 3 tbspDried Cranberries, 0.5 cupWalnuts, chopped, 0.5 cup
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients together in separate bowls. Add dry mix to wet. Try not to over mix. Fold in the dried cranberries and walnuts. The recipes make 12-15 muffins.
