Quinoa Chicken Enchilada (crockpot)

Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1.5 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Beans, black, 4.5 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels (remove)Chicken Thigh, 5 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)*kroger green enchilada sauce(1 can), 20 oz (remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .0125 cup (remove)
Directions
Add all ingredients in crockpot (rinse quinoa first). Stir to mix well. Set on low and cook for 8-10 hours.
