Mustard Glazed Chicken

1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup dijon mustard1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup1 Tbsp red wine vinegarSalt & pepper, to taste1 Tbsp rosemary
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, syrup and vinegar and mix well.
3. Place chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish and season with salt & pepper. Pour the mustard sauce over the chicken.
4. Bake 35 - 40 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
