1.5 Cooked Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast1.5 c Black Beans1.5 c Canned Corn1 Mango, diced1/2 c diced onion1 red bell pepper, diced1/3 cup canola oiljuice from 2 limessalt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit in the ice box for a couple hours.
