Overnight Steel Cut Oat Porridge

Ingredients
One cup steel cut oatmeal, uncooked1/2 cup whole hulled barley1/2 cup white wheat berries1/4 cup chopped nuts1/3 cup dried cranberries1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
In the slow cooker, combine oatmeal, barley, wheat, nuts, cranberries, water and cinnamon. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or overnight. Stir the cereal well and scoop into bowls. Serve with milk and brown sugar or fruit and yogurt.
