Low Carb Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
3 egg whites1 whole egg1 celery stalk.5 c broccoli florets8 slices ziggy black forest ham.5c shredded cheese
Directions
blend eggs and cottage cheese in blender until smotth and frothy. Chop up broccoli, celery, and ham, put veggies and ham in bottom of bread pan, pour egg mixture over and top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 35 mins
