1 lb lean Hamburger24 oz Hunt's 4 Cheese Pasta Sauce2 cup's fresh Spinach16 oz Fat Free Cottage Cheese8 ox Shredded Mozarella Cheese8 oz Shredded 4 Cheese Italian Blend16 oz Lasagna Noodles
Cook Lasagna Noodles, rinse and set aside
1/2 cup diced red onion 1 Tbsp chopped fresh Garlic
3 TBSP chopped fesh Oregano and Basil
add onion and herbs to hamburder and brown the Hamburger
chop 3 cups of fresh Spinach and add to the hambuger once it is browned
add 1 24 oz can Hunt's 4 Cheese Pasta Sauce
add 1 can of diced tomatoes (Basil, Pepper and Garlic flavor )
2 cup's cut up fresh Spinach
16 oz Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Combine 8 ox Shredded Mozarella Cheese and 8 oz Shredded 4 Cheese Italian Blend
Once the meat mixture is done cooking,
take 9x13 baking dish and put down a thin layer of sauce,
add one layer of noodles
add one layer of sauce mixture
add 1/2 of the cottage cheese
add 1 cup of shredded Cheese
repeat
Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
