Ingredients
Directions
4 six ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1 T Worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic, pushed through a press, or minced 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Put chicken breasts in a dish, mix all other ingredients and pour over. Let marinate for 1/2 hour to overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and grill. This works well even on a George Foreman Grill. The longer the chicken sits, the better it tastes, I swear!

I use this all the time. If you find chicken breast on sale buy in bulk and portion out the chicken and the marinade into a freezer bags and freeze. Pull a bag from the freezer and thaw overnight in the fridge. It's a great time saver! I grill mine and use leftovers as protein in my salads. - 1/29/10

next time I'm ready to grill I'm going to try it. For those like myself concerned about sodium I'll bet the marinade would still be yummy with about 2 T soy sauce. I use just a few drops to flavor stir fries, it works for me. - 4/21/09

If you're going to reduce the low sodium soy sauce by that much, you need to adjust the other seasonings as well otherwise the lime juice and worcestershire will overwhelm the flavors and it definitely won't taste the same.
