Ingredients
4 six ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1 T Worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic, pushed through a press, or minced 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Put chicken breasts in a dish, mix all other ingredients and pour over. Let marinate for 1/2 hour to overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and grill. This works well even on a George Foreman Grill. The longer the chicken sits, the better it tastes, I swear!

This is so good! And not a lot of strange ingredients to run out and buy - all of them were already on hand for me! This makes it super-easy. And delicious! - 3/20/08

This was great!! I will definitely marinate longer next time for more flavor (I just ran out of time!). This would be a great marinade for fajitas also. (It is somewhat similar to one I use, but I like the addition of the lime juice! Thanks for sharing, will definitely make again - 5/19/09

We all loved this chicken! I only cut back on the worcestershire because we aren't big worcestershire fans! Will definitely make again! - 2/18/09

This was good, but unfortunately it was just way too salty for me... I couldn't finish mine. - 6/4/08

I use this all the time. If you find chicken breast on sale buy in bulk and portion out the chicken and the marinade into a freezer bags and freeze. Pull a bag from the freezer and thaw overnight in the fridge. It's a great time saver! I grill mine and use leftovers as protein in my salads. - 1/29/10

I tried this last night and it was really good. Hubby really liked it! I baked the breasts at 350 degrees for around 10 minutes on each side, depending upon how big the breasts were. This will be in my regular rotation of meals and will definitely marinate longer next time. - 3/9/17

Really great.. whole family loved. I used chicken legs and marinated overnight. The skin came out really crisp after 1 hour at 400 degrees... will definitely make again and again..

Tasty recipe! I marinated it for about 6 hours. I only added half the soy sauce, but would add the full amount next time. - 5/21/10

Very yummy! I tasted more soy than lime, but it was still delicious. - 8/13/09

Made this for supper tonight...used 2TBS of soy instead of 1/2 cup to cut down on the sodium...and fz lime juice as that is what I had...will let you know if we don't like it...but it sounds like a winner to me!! - 7/23/09

next time I'm ready to grill I'm going to try it. For those like myself concerned about sodium I'll bet the marinade would still be yummy with about 2 T soy sauce. I use just a few drops to flavor stir fries, it works for me. - 4/21/09

If you're going to reduce the low sodium soy sauce by that much, you need to adjust the other seasonings as well otherwise the lime juice and worcestershire will overwhelm the flavors and it definitely won't taste the same.
