Vitamix Cream of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Asparagus Spears1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth1/2 cup Half and Half Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Steam Asparagus. Combine all ingredients in Vitamix. Start on low and increase to variable 10. Switch to high and blend for 6 minutes. Turn Vitamix down to variable 2, add Half and Half and blend for additional 10 seconds.
