Fruit Eclair Cake

-Make 2 boxes of instant pudding with skim milk and let thicken
-fold whole container of cool whip into pudding to make mousse and set aside
-line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with graham crackers
-spread 1/2 of pudding mixture onto graham crackers, then top with another layer of graham crackers, pudding, then a top layer of graham crackers
-spread 1 cup of fruit jam on top of dessert and dust with powdered sugar
