Vegetarian (Quorn) Slow-Cooker (Crockpot) Sloppy Joe

Ingredients
2 packages (8 servings) Quorn Grounds1 15oz can Tomato Sauce, 1.875 cup1/2 cup water1/4 cup dry sloppy joe mix
Directions
Lightly coat crock with cooking spray.

Place all ingredients in crock and mix well.

Cook on high for 90 minutes or low for three hours until hot and flavors are blended. If the mixture becomes to dry, add 1/4 cup of additional water, stir, and and cook for at least five (high) or ten (low) minutes before adding more water.

Serve on sandwich thins or rolled into low-carb, whole-wheat tortillas with a couple of sides for a complete meal (and additional calories).
