Oyster Veggie Stew

Ingredients
1 8oz. can oysters1 C 2% milk1 C water2 tbsp. olive oil (NOT butter)1 tbsp. diced onion2 cloves garlic, minced salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Drain oyster, save liquid, heat to boiling - skim. Andd oysters, cooking until they curl, add milk and water to low boil.
Add onion and garlic, simmer for 30 to forty five min. when celery and onions are cooked through. I added sea salt to taste. approx. I tsp.
