Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef or turkey1 T olive oil1 large onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 small cabbage, chopped2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce1/2 cup water1t black pepper1t sea salt
Directions
In a dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion and cook, stirring until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.

Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.

Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.

    I love this recipe and cannot get enough of it. I make this recipe every week,the only thing I add to it is one Tablespoon of sugar. It is so, so good. I eat this with a soup bowl and soup spoon.. Love it. - 4/24/15
