Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls or roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until center is just set.
These may be frosted or turned into sandwich cookies if desired, but it will change the nutritional info.
